These are thin, but heavy duty. The velveteen cover keeps even thin, strappy tops from slipping off. Brilliant.

these hangers are amazing. [...]. i bought 1 used them up then went back and got 3 more. My closet has never been this organized and with the hangers i have so much room and everything is hanging at the same height. plus when you take something down the hangers don't cling together. I would totally recommend them.

These hangers are pretty great for standard-sized hangers. They're thin yet sturdy and the velvet covering seems very secure.
They are slightly wider at the bottom (by about an inch) compared to the normal plastic cheapie hangers you can get at Target-type stores, but they start curving on the top at the same place as the cheapies. As a result, the extra inch width doesn't really provide support through the full shoulder of my husband's dress shirts as I would like. However, that's just a problem with standard-size hangers in general as far as I can tell--that is, if you want to have a hanger support a man's wide-shouldered dress shirt/jacket, you need to cough up the dough for a plus-size hanger (which I do for his good jackets). Still, I started with one set of 50 of these hangers, got them up, liked them, and just ordered 100 more to finish the closet. (The seller I used (Radio City Audio Auction) was even nice enough to offer a short-term warranty on the product in exchange for leaving feedback.)

My closet looks a lot better and my close stay in better shape with these hangers. No more of those bumps on the shoulders and it keeps my tank tops on so much better. Can't beat the price 50 hangers for [...]

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of closet space. I used those round plastic hangers for years (do you need any?). I've dumped all my plastic hangers for these fabulous hangers. It's very true, they take up a lot less space and I actually have room for my slacks and tops now. Clothes do NOT fall off these hangers and they are wide enough to limit shoulder bumps. Slacks do not slide off either. I purchased my first box from Costco, but needed more and found Amazon carries them. Good news - no shipping costs. It's very much worth it!!
