Product Description
If you're short on space for your growing shoe collection, you'll love with this Tall Floor Shoe Rack from the Essentials Plus Store It Collection. Sturdy shoe rack is made of steel rods and virtually indestructible white polymer with a strong base that keeps the rack level even on thick carpet. Rack holds 30 pairs of shoes or 30 shoeboxes. Locks together in seconds. Fits nicely in most closets. Made in USA. 55-1/2Hx21-3/8Wx10D".

5 out of 5 stars Lynk 30-Pair Shoe Rack   March 18, 2010

After reading all the reviews about it being flimsy and falling apart, I took a chance and purchased the product. This product is the BOMB!! You DEFINITELY need to put together on a hard surface with a hammer and I placed it against a wall on carpet. It's nice to see my shoes neatly displayed. It holds 30 shoes as stated. Today, I purchased 2 of the 50-Pair Shoe Rack by Lynk (nice to get rid of the shoe trees) and can't wait to receive. I actually found the initial shoe rack in Burlington for $24.95; thus I would stick with the Brand Lynk. Very sturdy unit!

If you don't want to spend the money to get your closet customized with a shoe rack, this one works just fine. It is a tiny bit wobbly with my husbands big shoes on the top racks, but I never feel that it is going to come apart or fall over. Very functional.

4 out of 5 stars 30 Pair Shoe Rack   February 12, 2009

I found this product very easy to assemble and I am really not good at putting stuff together. :) The key I found was to make sure I did it on a hard surface then the hammering went very easy. The design is great and I can't believe how much space it saves in my closet! I haven't seen anything else like it out there. Overall, great product!!!

2 out of 5 stars Good idea, cheaply made   July 6, 2005

If you're tired of over-the-door canvas shoe holders that warp and bang the door when you open/close it, and want to make the most of your floor space, this design is what you're looking for. We've had ours for a while and still use it. That said, the plastic mortise-and-tenon joints have nearly all broken on ours (the tenon breaks off inside the mortise), and it has fallen over more than a few times, and only stands straight if supported. It can hold 30 ladies shoes if you store them somewhat creatively (e.g., forward-backward). Bottom line is that we'd replace it with something more robust in a heartbeat if we could find a better version, well priced.

I've owned this for two months. So far, it's stayed together, but it's not particularly sturdy. Also, the only way this rack could hold 30 pairs of shoes is if those 30 pairs belonged to a child. A small one, at that. Men will not be impressed. There isn't a lot of height between the shelves, so my husband's shoes have to be manuevered in. Overall, this rack filled a need for us, but it certainly could have filled it much better.
