Don't Buy IT! May 16, 2010 C. Scott (Dallas TX) I have tried several times to put this thing together. It is basically some pipes with plastic ends. The pipes are suppose to fit in holes in the plastic ends but they don't. I almost got it completely together once (only one pipe left to fit) and when I picked it up, the whole thing fell apart.
Too high/Unstable April 2, 2010 Cheedah (Arizona) This 50-Pair Shoe Rack unit is too high and the design is unstable; it "rocks" and "sways". Every time a pair of shoes are removed or exchanged the unit moves too much. My unit was fully loaded and collapsed when no one was around it. The company was very good about accepting a return of this unit.
Sturdy and Durable (Great Product - Great Price) February 5, 2009 A. Bruursema 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had a great experience with my 30 pair shoe rack! It is very sturdy, and seems quite durable. There were a couple key tips on the assembly instructions, that I would recommend paying attention to. I'd assume if you do that, you shouldn't have a problem with your shoe rack "breaking". All in all, I have found this to be a great product - and for a great price!
Fair, but not great... November 25, 2008 S. Feather (Stamford, CT USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This particular product is definately one of the more hearty of the cheaper shoe racks out there. However, if you are concidering both form and function, you certainly won't get the form. If you are concidering placing the shoe rack out in the open instead of tucking it away in a closet then I would concider purchasing another type of shoe rack-perhaps a wooden or metal one. This one just doesn't have the look and seems as if (though relatively strong for a cheaper shoe rack) it will probably break down within a few years or so simply due to normal wear and tear.
It broke on first use - no answer from customer service July 8, 2008 G. Woodward (Arlington, VA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
It was not made for Chuck Taylor Converse Allstars. Had less than 30 pairs of shoes on it - one of the plastic pieces snapped into two pieces. I sent an email to unbeatablesales and informed them it broke. 2 weeks later - no responce to my email. Product broke - no customer service... you've been warned.
